Milk thistle, also known as Silybum Marianum, is a bright pink flowering plant that grows wild in the Middle East, Northern Africa and Southern Europe.

Simply take one capsule twice a day (adult dosage) to relieve the symptoms associated with occasional over indulgence of food and drink such as indigestion and upset stomach.
